All my jewelry will be packaged into a jewelry box which then will be mailed in a priority mail flat rate box or padded envelope, which will be insured and tracked. Additional insurance may be available upon request. Please contact me you if wish to add more insurance prior to completing the purchase through the website as this added insurance may affect the final price of the product.

I will refund your purchase minus the shipping fee if the item itself (not the packaging) arrives damaged at the destination. Proof of damage (photographs) will be required within 24 hours of the item arriving at destination.
